The game
Your right to install and play WOLF ASCENT, and what you may and may not do with it, is set out in the End User License Agreement. You accept it on the download page. Where these terms and the EULA both cover the game, the EULA applies.
No warranty
This website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
This website
Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with it, including by automated mass downloading or attempts to bypass the download links. We may limit or refuse service to protect the site.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from this website, and our total liability for the website is limited to US$50. Liability for the game is covered by section 12 of the End User License Agreement. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

WOLF ASCENT is a work of fiction. Some missions are set against real historical events; the story, characters, units and engagements are fictional, and any real names or likenesses are used fictitiously.
17+ · Self-rated. Contains realistic military combat violence, including first-person pistol combat against armed guards (no blood), suggestive themes including revealing swimwear, and alcohol imagery. This is the developer's own age recommendation, not an ESRB, PEGI or other official rating.
